Discovering What is Real and True!

Cherokee Creek Boys School is a premier therapeutic boarding school for 10- to 15-year old boys in grades 5 –10.

We are proud that we’ve been helping boys and families for over 20 years by focusing on a combination of academics, character development, social interaction and creating “a place where boys can be boys.”

Cherokee Creek Boys School is a small (40 students), family-owned, nationally-accredited school on a beautiful campus at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in South Carolina.

We “challenge boys and their families to discover what is real and true about themselves and the world around them.” And we help our students and their families rediscover a sense of hope and optimism for their future.

Our CCBS program is built on this strong foundation:

  • Our Three Pillars | Family, Nature and Being Boy-Friendly
  • Our Core Values | Truth, Wisdom, Love and Courage
  • Our Founders, Beth and Ron Black’s, Personal Story About Their Family’s Journey
